Our development philosophy is to create a unique hamlet that is environmentally attractive whilst encouraging 'social cohesion' through the use of clever design, pedestrian mobility, community vegetable gardens and a local village square with general store, pub, wine centre and lecture theatre.
Gary Harley is the project director responsible for the creative design of the village masterplan. As a resident for 30 years at Mt Macedon and as a co-owner of the Whistlestop hotel and surrounding land for 15 years Gary has a great feel for the market needs of the ageing demographic who are looking to downsize, stay in the area, yet need a stylish low maintenance high quality home on smaller allotments close to their friends and existing lifestyle habits.
